Florist Sunday delivery is a growing trend in the flower business, as demand has grown for this service. There are still a good number of major flower outlets that do not deliver flower orders on Sundays, but most are coming round to this new innovation as they examine the convenience to customers and obviously, the bottom line. This is a sure way to increase profits due to increased sales. Some flower outlets charge for Sunday deliveries, while others do not. Still some only accept Sunday orders via the telephone while others only take online orders only. Most though, accept both modes. They also accept orders that are made in person at their physical addresses.
Most of the national florist chains deliver on Sundays, within continental United States, whereas some even deliver to Canada. Some go further to deliver globally, to an extensive list of countries. There is specific international order information that applies to this, but does not apply within the country orders. Sunday orders typically are needed to have been logged in or reported earlier mostly a period that is normally longer than that for week day orders, say midday for Sunday deliveries as opposed to as late as 2pm for week day orders. This only applies to same city orders, as out of town orders may take additional time to arrive due to distance covered.
